SG Closures In Action – Improve Design to Allow for More Efficient Application and Prevent Breakage During Expected Life of Product

One of our customers was experiencing negative reviews of their new products due to a failing cap.  While a relatively small component of the total product, it was the first point of interaction for the end user.  Our engineering and design team was able to identify the issue with their current cap and provide a design that would be more successful.  From there we produce 3D print parts for initial review, pilot tooling for qualification and ultimately production tooling to satisfy the ongoing production requirements.  The failing cap issue had been addressed and resulted in positive reviews and enormous growth for their new product.
